What is Courage?
Courage is doing something without hesitation and with determination, or even doing anything at all, even if it is with hesitation. So courage is a very powerful quality because it sets things in motion.
Why courage?
Courage makes fear disappear and turns into determination. If you are brave, you are vulnerable. And when you are vulnerable, you are fully alive.

Tip 1 – Do what needs to be done
When something needs to be done, you make sure it is done. There is no other option for you. Even when it is actually risky or difficult.

Make sure you regularly reach out of your easy, small circle. In other words: your comfort zone. There are ready-made assignments you can perform to step out of your comfort zone.

Take on new challenges regularly. This shows courage and this develops your courage.
