Meditation 1 – Heart Sourcing: Fill your heart with the Source
In this meditation you will fill your heart – or soul – with light from the infinite Source. We take a sip from the source of our High Self to regain strength and be supported by this powerful energy source that is always with us.
We are going to connect to the ever-limitless, infinite source to replenish ourselves and bring back all of our missing particles.
- Picture a flower in the center of your heart. And with your intention, ask your heart to open up, leaf by leaf. And imagine a beautiful sphere of light in the center. It is your soul, your spirit.
- Above you you see a gigantic sphere, originating from the Source, which sends a ray of light down, especially for you, towards you.
- Receive the beam of light through the crown of your head and feel it fill you in the center of your heart, as you breathe through and receive it.
- Breathe … Receive … Come home … In the light …
- And spread the light …. See the light in your heart grow bigger and bigger until it encompasses the whole area of your chest … and then your torso … and then your body … and then the area around you … and then the whole room … and then your whole street … and then your whole city … and then your whole country … and then your continent … and then your half of the world … then the whole world … and then the universe … Everything just lights up.
- Breathe … Receive … Come home … Into the light …
Meditation 2 – Do the Love Response exercise
Do the Institute of HeartMath Love Response Exercise:
- Close your eyes and put your hand on your heart. This simple action releases oxytocin. The love hormone.
- Take a deep breath in and out and imagine doing this through the heart. 6 counts in and 6 counts out. Above all, exhale very well. Do this until your breathing has become calm and it continues on its own in a calm manner.
- (Meanwhile, you keep breathing through your heart and your hand is still on your heart). Breathe in peace, love and compassion every time. And exhale. At the last time, feel your heart completely filled with peace, love and compassion. On the last exhale, take your hand away from your heart and open your eyes.
If you do this often, after a while, all you have to do is put your hand on your heart and the rest will follow.
You will also find this heart meditation in the book: ‘The Power of the Heart’.
Meditation 3 – Do Louise Hay’s heart affirmations
Affirm the following heart meditation from Louise Hay:
Deep in the center of my being, is an infinite source of love, an infinite source of joy, an infinite source of wisdom, an infinite source of peace .
This is true. For everyone. We wonder how often we associate with it. Just for a moment, I would ask you to close your eyes. Take a deep breath and go to that place in you where there is infinite love , where it has always been and always will be. And feel that place of love in you, and let it grow and get bigger.
Take the instructions in the above paragraph and do the same with the place of joy, wisdom, and peace.
“I am filled with {love} and I am sharing it today!”
Meditation 4 – Do Louise Hay’s Mirror Work, but without a mirror
Where is love actually? Where can you get it from? The answer is: in your own heart! Resolve to trust your heart unconditionally forever. Put your hand on your heart regularly and feel the (self) love from the center of your heart.
Put your hand on your heart and say, ‘I love you. I love you very much. ‘
You will find the mirror work with mirror in this article about self-love.
Meditation 5 – Feel your heart mission
Also do the following meditation on the strength of your heart & mission: for what greater purpose are you on earth?
- Close your eyes and just observe your breathing. Watch it without manipulating it, and you will see that it calms down spontaneously.
- Bring your consciousness to the center of your heart , in the center of your chest, and mentally ask yourself, “Who am I?” Do not look for the answer but allow every feeling, image or thought to come to you spontaneously.
- Now ask the question ‘What do I want? What is my deepest desire? ‘ Do not look for the answer but allow every feeling, image or thought to come to you spontaneously.
- And now: ‘What is my mission / purpose?’ Allow any feeling, image or thought to come to you spontaneously.
- Finally, open the door to abundance consciousness by asking yourself, “What am I grateful for?”
- Return to your breath. Observe it. And rest in ‘being’: existence without interpretation and simply being there. Awareness & joy. This is our true nature.
- Finally, feel your body again and open your eyes.
Meditation 6 – Ask your intuition: what do you want to let me know?
- First, focus your attention on your heart , for example with a walk or meditation.
- Then ask your sixth sense, “What do you want to let me know?”
- And then feel what the answer is. How exactly can you feel that? No worries! That is told about your intuition in this article …
In any case, one of the most powerful ways to feel your heart is to use your feelings. The language of the heart is feelings . So you don’t listen to your head, but to what feels good .
Meditation 7 – Using your heart for answers from angels and guides
You can also use your heart as an entrance to ask for and receive guidance from your angels and guides:

“My guides say…”
