Broken heart lyrics, poems & quotes

Heartbreak is just the growing pains it takes so that you can love more fully when the real love comes along.
– JSB Morse

Being rejected by someone doesn’t mean you should also reject yourself or see yourself as an inferior person. It doesn’t mean no one will love you anymore. Remember that only one person has rejected you at this point, and it only hurts so much because to you that person’s opinion symbolized the opinion of the whole world.

Tips for dealing with heartbreak

Now let’s get to the tips for dealing with heartbreak:

Tip 1 – Process the emotion

Cry, scream, shame, groan … process the emotion! Here you will find many ways to process your emotion.

Allow the grief, because “then the site of injury can turn into a site of fertilization. Then it flows again. ”

– Hannah Cuppen

Tip 2 – Deal with your heartbreak with a ‘constellation’

Place a doll that symbolizes your ex. You can also ask someone as an ‘actor’ to stand in front of you and say: “I am {name of your ex}.” You can also visualize your ex.

Now pronounce the following sentences:

  • “You were very important to me.”
  • “I loved you very much.”
  • “I’m sorry, I take responsibility for how I did and how I went”
Or, “I’ll leave you how you went.”
  • “I bear the consequences”.
  • “I take the love for you into my heart”.
  • “I want to thank you for your love”.
  • “Now I give you a place in my heart.”
  • “Now I let you go and I let you go”.

Now you have really closed it. You can now also tell this closing to a doll, stand-in or visualization of your new partner: “I went through with him / her. My love is now available to you ”. You have just processed your heartbreak and closed it off energetically with the help of family constellations .

Tip 3 – Flirt with others and just ask someone else

Have you processed your heartbreak? Perfect, you are now free so you can continue. Embrace the chance of being rejected again because that means you can know love too. Here you can read all about the importance of rejection.

Instead of hiding your love, step it up! Turn the volume knob up further! And notice what is happening. Here you will find 67+ flirting tips and here you will learn exactly how to ask someone out.

Love as if you have never experienced heartbreak.
– Satchel Paige

Tip 4 – Find abundance in your own life

You can only give true happiness to yourself. Why? You are always around! So give yourself love and create a life in which you are optimally happy.

Tip 5 – Read the book: The wisdom of a broken heart

In this book you will learn how to heal yourself, learn lessons and progress even more.

Tip 6 – Be proud: you have been vulnerable and because of that you have felt love and pain

Just because you now feel heartbreak means that you have shown vulnerability. You have exposed yourself to love – and with it, the possibility of losing that love. That’s difficult – and you did a great job. Therefore, no one needs to pity you.

So you can say goodbye to each other with dignity. Sit together while you burn. Hold each other’s hands one more time. Feel each other’s warm presence. Know that you have always loved each other in your own imperfect ways. Go through the fire together.

On your luck!
